Song guide |
The Theme Song is the main theme song that plays before every episode of the Canadian animated TV show Grojband. It is sung by Grojband: Corey Riffin, Kin Kujira, Kon Kujira and Laney Penn.
Intro[]
The visuals start with the garage door opening to all members of the title band playing on a stage. They then point to a picture of Trina blowing raspberries to Corey and draw a red circle around her head. They then play on a boat to some fish and in a graveyard to some zombies as well as on a cramped train, where Kate and Allie squeal at them. Trina then gets mad at the band's playing and flies into the air, leaving behind her diary which Corey catches. Grojband is now on stage with the audience making signs of the horns. The garage door closes and the show's logo appears.
Lyrics[]
Corey: Got a band that's really cool
Stealing words from you know who
Playing gigs when we can
Trying to impress our fans
Older sister goes berserk
Her temper is her biggest quirk
I got a plan that might just work
Now, we're gonna rock
And we're gonna roll
We are Grojband
All: Whoa, oh, oh
Audience: One! Two! One, two! One, two, three, four!
Corey: We got a band in my garage
and our own little entourage
but my words aren't coming out quite right.
Kin, Kon & Laney: Who knew?
Corey: My basket-case sis
was a lyrical genius
but only when her life's a complete mess.
Gotta keep her mood on a rockin' roller coaster while we're chasing gigs all around this town.
When we drive her so nuts that she can't control her feelings, she's wicked profound!
Now, we're gonna rock
and we're gonna roll.
All: We are Grojband.
Whoa-oa
Now
Corey: we're gonna rock,
and we're gonna roll.
All: We are Grojband.
Whoa-oa-oa!
